Privacy Policy

How we handle personal data on this website and in partnership delivery contexts.

Last updated: 25 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("we", "us") handles personal data when you use seooutsourcing.agency and when we process data as a fulfilment partner. Placeholders marked in brackets should be completed with final legal details before public launch.

Controller details

Controller: [COMPANY LEGAL NAME]. Registered address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Contact: fabi@site-media.co.uk. Jurisdiction placeholder: [JURISDICTION].

Data we collect via this website

If you submit the contact form, we collect name, work email, company website, optional company name, optional business type, optional delivery need, and message content. The form is processed by Formspree (form endpoint used on this site). A honeypot field may be included to reduce spam and is not used for marketing profiling.

We do not run advertising pixels or analytics scripts on this marketing site. If that changes, this policy will be updated before those scripts are added.

Why we process enquiry data

We process enquiry data to respond to partnership requests, assess fit, and maintain records of business communications. Legal bases may include steps prior to entering a contract and legitimate interests in operating a B2B services practice. Where consent is required under applicable law, we will request it.

Retention

Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed for the sales and compliance purpose, then deleted or archived according to internal retention rules. You may request deletion subject to legal retention duties.

Processors

Formspree processes form submissions on our behalf. Hosting and email providers used to operate the site and respond to enquiries may also process limited personal data as processors or service providers. We do not sell personal data.

Partner and end-client data in fulfilment work

When we act as a fulfilment partner, we may receive access to systems and data belonging to you and your clients (for example Search Console, analytics, CMS, or business profile access). We process that data only to deliver the agreed services, under confidentiality commitments in the partnership agreement.

At offboarding, we revoke access we hold, remove shared credentials from approved vaults where we manage them, and return or destroy working files according to the offboarding checklist, except where retention is required by law or for dispute handling.

Your rights (GDPR-aware)

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, or port personal data, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Contact fabi@site-media.co.uk to exercise rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting.

International transfers

If processors store data outside your country, we will rely on appropriate transfer mechanisms required by applicable law. Details can be provided on request once final processor locations are confirmed for production operations.

Changes

We may update this policy. The last updated date will change when we do. Material changes affecting enquiries or fulfilment data handling will be communicated where required.
